Our national award winning competing teams are for dancers who are looking for professional training across a variety of genres. Teams are designed for dancers aged 4 -18 years old.
We offer many different levels of competition teams
Troupe Teams –Beginner- 3–4 Hours per Week- This Troupe program is designed as a transition team for both dancers and parents. Dancers will continue to grow in a more structured and disciplined environment, while still maintaining a lighter commitment than our higher-level competitive teams (fewer hours, competitions, and routines). This will be the beginning of their dance foundation.
This team will attend 3-4 competitions a year 1 costume 2 recitals
Elite Teams Intermediate/Beginner - 4-6 hours per week- 4 competitions 2 routines 2 recitals, in studio convention
Core Teams-Intermediate/advanced 6-10 hours per week - 4-5 competitions, 2-4 routines, 2 recitals, in studio convention, 1-2 conventions
Prodigy Teams- Advanced 8-12 hours per week - 5-6 competitions, 3-6 routines, 2 recitals, in studio convention, 1-2 conventions
Our teams vary in age and level and require audition for placement. Jazz’n Place provides outstanding training through some of the most highly trained teachers in Utah! In addition, we also teach time management, teamwork, discipline, commitment, work-ethic, provide lifelong friendships, build self-confidence, and so much more.
